ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
We have implemented a comprehensive quality and environmental management system, which enabled us to meet all standards for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification in 2015. You can learn more about and view our certificates here.
SEDEX
In 2018, we were audited and approved according to the SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), which evaluates ethical business practices among Sedex members.
SMETA is one of the most widely used methodologies globally for social audits, providing a recognized framework for assessing responsible supply chain activities, including labor rights, health and safety, and environmental and business ethics.
Collaboration with Our Supply Chain
Addressing all aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is complex. We believe that through collaboration and education with our suppliers and partners, we can influence and enhance practices and approaches throughout the supply chain. We are aware of our responsibility and continuously strive to improve quality and CSR practices at every level of our supply chain. As part of this effort, we require our suppliers to adhere to the Ethical Trading Base Code. The ETI code can be found here.

Human Rights
We support and respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and comply with the ETI code. We work to promote human rights standards both internally and across all branches of our company, in line with our management style and values.
Environment
- We are ISO 14001 certified.
- We continuously develop and implement environmentally friendly technologies.
- We set environmental goals and action plans to ensure ongoing improvement.
- We ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws.
- Waste, including recyclable waste, is sorted according to Danish environmental regulations and is recycled or disposed of in approved facilities.
- Hazardous waste is labeled, stored, and disposed of according to regulatory instructions at environmentally approved facilities.
- We minimize packaging use wherever possible.
- We strive to reduce the use of raw materials, water, and energy to minimize environmental impact.
Labor
Employment Terms:
- All employees have a written and signed employment contract detailing job nature, working hours, salary, and vacation.
- An employee handbook is provided to ensure all employees understand their employment terms
Remuneration
- Salaries are paid regularly and on time, in accordance with employment contracts.
- We comply with minimum wage regulations.
- Overtime pay is provided according to national law.
- We adhere to national laws regarding vacation.
Working Hours:
- Working hours comply with national laws and agreements.
- The weekly working time is a maximum of 45 hours, excluding overtime.
- Employees receive at least 11 consecutive hours of rest every day.
- Employees are entitled to at least one day off per week.
- Employees are entitled to a break if the workday exceeds 6 hours.
Discipline:
- No employee shall be subjected to corporal punishment or any form of physical, sexual, or psychological punishment, harassment, or degradation.
Freedom of Association:
- We do not make decisions based on an employee’s union affiliation.
- We do not influence employees to join a specific union.
- We do not interfere with unions or associations formed in the workplace.
- Employees are not dismissed due to union affiliation.
- No union has precedence over others.
Discrimination:
- No person shall be discriminated against based on gender, race, color, religion, political belief, sexual orientation, nationality, social origin, ethnic origin, age, or disability.
- In the company, no person shall be subjected to discrimination in connection with hiring, dismissal, transfer, promotion, salary determination, establishment of working conditions, or skills development. All decisions regarding employment, promotion, dismissal, remuneration, or other working conditions are based on relevant and objective criteria.
Forced Labor:
- Coercion, threats, or disciplinary measures are not used.
- We do not engage in debt bondage or human trafficking.
- We do not collaborate with companies that use forced labor or withhold identification papers or wages.
- Employees can freely leave the workplace.
Child Labor:
- All permanent employees are over 18 years old.
- Youth workers are over 13 years old and perform only light work.
- Youth workers between 13 and 15 years old work a maximum of 2 hours a day.
- Parents of youth workers are informed about work conditions.
- Youth workers under 18 do not perform hazardous work or work at night.
- All apprentices are over 15 years old and work as part of their education.
Work Environment and Health and Safety Policy:
- All production phases are planned to ensure health and safety. Risks are addressed at the source where possible.
- Work is adapted to the individual employee.
- Monotonous work is minimized to reduce health impacts.
- We do not use installations or methods that pose significant danger.
Safe Buildings:
- All buildings, facilities, and areas accessible to company employees in connection with their work are designed, constructed, and utilized in a manner that poses no risk to employee health.
- The workplace is fully equipped to ensure safety and health, based on an assessment of work environment conditions that may impact physical or mental health.
Fire Safety:
- Necessary precautions and plans are in place for fire and evacuation.
- Sufficient escape routes and emergency exits are available.
- Doors to emergency exits are easily opened and unobstructed.
- Functional fire extinguishers are provided.
Psychosocial Work Environment:
- Work poses minimal risk of physical or mental health deterioration.
- Monotonous work is avoided or limited.
- The workplace does not pose a risk of health deterioration.
- Isolated work is avoided or limited.
- Work does not pose a risk of health deterioration due to bullying or harassment.
Anti-Corruption:
- Employees do not give or receive undue advantages.
- No form of extortion, bribery, or favoritism is tolerated.
