The welding is fundamental for product durability and design

Robotic welding

The welding is often one of the last manufacturing processes, and it determines the product’s durability and visible design. At All Steel, all our certificate welders are trained to carry out weldings of the highest quality in black steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We offer robotic welding, spot welding and manual welding. Our certified smiths also carry our certificate welding for the industry, and naturally, they follow welding instructions as well as relevant standards and specifications meticulously.

Robotic welding with high efficiency and accuracy

With one of the most advanced welding robots on the market, you can have your items welded with very high efficiency and in top quality. Robotic welding is the right solution when you have a piece with large, long or many weldings because in these cases, the robot is without a doubt significantly quicker than other welding methods. Also, the robot can weld ordinary steel, stainless steel and aluminium and carries out both TIG, MIG and MAG weldings.

The operator puts the workpieces on one side of the robot, and at the same time, the robot welds on the other side. This means that you can perform two procedures simultaneously, which enables it to manufacture 35-50% faster than manual welding. Furthermore, the precision of the work is extremely high, and the result is that the finished parts have an exceptionally high degree of accuracy.

The robot has automatic tool changers and changes automatically from, e.g. a TIG welding to a larger CO2 welding. This contributes to shortening the production process because all the weldings are made in one single operation, and the result is pieces with great precision, high quality, competitive price and quick delivery.

Spot welding guarantees smooth joints

Spot welding is a traditional welding technique which is still used for many tasks because it is quick and effective. When you have to join two sheets, and you do not want, or in cases where there is no room for welding edges, spot welding is a perfect fit. When you spot weld, you melt the pieces together, and the joint becomes smooth and even.

Manual welding done by highly qualified smiths with years of experience

Our smiths at All Steel are one of the reasons our customers keep coming back with welding jobs. There are tasks where you cannot use robotic welding or spot welding, and in these cases, it is the capability and craftsmanship of the welder that come into play. With years of experience from numerous projects, our smiths can make manual weldings than conform to even the strictest of documentation standards. The smiths take on small workpieces and large constructions and offer their advice on how to get the best product at a competitive cost.

Certificate welding that meets the strictest of requirements

Our certificate welders have passed a special certification to prove that they can carry out weldings at a level that meets the standards of the construction industry. Every three years, they renew their certificate to stay on top of the requirements in force. This means that they, for example, have the qualifications to weld stainless steel tubes for dairies and steel elements or gas pipelines for the industry. Their high professional standards and certifications are your guarantee that their work can withstand the required load regardless of the dimension, size and shape.
